Bayfront Apartment,
Families Welcome!

Here's a spacious "home," great for vacationing families or, in the winter, busy or "hibernating" professionals, in Mission Beach, San Diego. It is bayfront, on Bayside Walk, with the water about 30 feet away.

We provide:

• Large living room with dining area with full view of Mission Bay. The living room includes TV with cable and stereo.
• Bayfront access, with a large terra cotta patio containing built-in barbecue, outdoor dining and lounge furniture, with a beautiful view.
• 2 bedrooms: a master bedroom with queen-sized bed and a second bedroom with TV/VCR ceiling fan, vanity with sink, and two double beds; Closet and drawer space galore. Linens are supplied, but bring your own beach towels.
• Very large kitchen, fully-equipped, with "island" and stools. All you need to do is supply food and drink.
• Laundry facilities on the premises, as well as a private phone, parking space, bikes, beach chairs and a two-person kayak.

• Weekly Summer rates:
  First two weeks in June: $1,400/week plus tax
  After that, $1,700/week plus tax until mid-September. Weeks are Saturday-to-Saturday.
• Weekly Off-Season rates:
  Mid-September to October 1: $1,400/week plus tax
  After October 1: $975/week plus tax. Monthly rates are negotiable. Saturday-to-Saturday timeframes are not necessary during this season; we will rent according to your schedule if availability exists upon receipt of deposit.

A 20% deposit is required to hold requested dates. Children are welcome; no smoking in the apartment, please.
